The Senior Manager, Account Management, will lead and drive the success of our Account Management team. In this role, you'll work closely with both internal and external partners to provide exceptional client experiences, leveraging cutting-edge, data-driven CTV/OTT campaigns and industry-leading attribution. Your primary responsibilities will focus on post-sale activities, including retention and expansion of our client base through innovative strategies, technical insight, and scalable process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard, and continuously develop new team members to support the growth and evolution of the Account Management team.
- Lead, mentor, and hold the Account Management team accountable for achieving both individual and organizational goals.
- Build and refine processes using technology and automation to streamline workflows and enhance client engagement.
- Identify skills gaps, provide training, and ensure continuous professional development of the team.
- Conduct quarterly check-ins and annual performance reviews, ensuring consistent feedback and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to contribute to overall company growth.
- Maintain focus on key Account Management priorities, adapting to changes and ensuring they remain relevant and on track.
- Promote and exemplify company core values, including growth, respect, and full engagement.
- Champion an inclusive work environment, ensuring diversity, equity, and belonging within the team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including Customer Net Promoter Score (cNPS), and coach the team based on performance.
- Stay informed about industry changes and share relevant insights with the team.
- Advocate for the Account Management team during strategic decision-making processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account issues efficiently by partnering with appropriate stakeholders.
- Oversee the Account Management team's client touchpoints, including onboarding and end-of-month reviews, to establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Implement strategies to ensure high client retention and satisfaction, actively managing existing accounts through proactive relationship management and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the AM team, finance, and sales to ensure that monthly invoices are executed accurately and timely, upholding financial integrity and client trust.
- Establish structured mechanisms to gather and analyze client feedback consistently, using insights to drive service improvements, foster innovation, and enhance client engagement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams, with a strong focus on feedback and accountability.
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, specifically with CTV/OTT, with a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience building processes and using automation to create efficiencies.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a high level of follow-through.
- Proven ability to lead a team through growth, ambiguity, and change.
- High comfort level in giving candid feedback and holding team members accountable.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of fostering collaboration across teams.
The target base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000/year based on experience plus bonus potential.
