What you'll be doing as an Human Resources Generalist:
Help Attract & Recruit Top Talent
- Support our hiring process by posting engaging job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Conduct thorough reference checks to ensure we're bringing in the right people for our culture
- Prepare and extend job offers to candidates with enthusiasm that gets them excited to join our team
Transform the Employee Journey
- Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience that makes new hires feel welcomed and prepared
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing exceptional support at every touchpoint
- Create and maintain impeccable employee records while handling sensitive information with the utmost integrity
Lead Benefits Programming
- Become our in-house benefits expert, confidently guiding employees through their options during open enrollment and beyond
- Conduct engaging benefits meetings that help team members maximize their benefits package
- Stay current on state leave programs to ensure our employees have access to everything they deserve
Elevate Our HR Operations
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance systems efficiency
- Support the development of HR policies that reflect our commitment to employee wellbeing
- Turn HR data into meaningful insights that drive organizational improvements
Cultivate Our Culture
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives that strengthen our community
- Support training and development programs that help our people grow
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts that enrich our workplace
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR experience with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (PHR Certification is a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail that ensures nothing falls through the cracks
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Comprehensive benefits knowledge and experience managing open enrollment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for improving processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Google Docs experience is a plus)
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- The ability to work in our Denver Metro office 4-6 days per month and for team events
The target base salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000/year based on experience plus profit-sharing bonus potential.
