What you'll be doing as an Ad Operations Campaign Manager:

  • Programmatically trade/buy inventory in a real-time bidding environment.
  • Analyze campaign pacing and performance daily and make optimizations to exceed the client's goals/KPIs.
  • Optimize across tactics and platforms as needed to exceed campaign goals.
  • Strategically utilize a variety of inventory sources for efficient Supply Path Optimization; PMP, Preferred, PG, etc.
  • Leverage 1P and 3P data to identify the best audience decisions.
  • Participate in campaign kickoff meetings with Sales, Account Management, and the client.
  • Manage key performance indicators of CTV/OTT video and Digital advertising campaigns as agreed upon across the team (sales members, clients, Ad Ops Lead, etc.).
  • Provide strategic partnership to Account Management, Sales, and the Client throughout the client journey.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve video creative, VAST Tag, 3rd party ad server, or other issues.
  • Produce, implement, and troubleshoot tracking tags & pixels when needed.
  • Analyze inventory performance and make recommendations on suppliers and pricing.
  • Investigate and solve platform issues.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to Account Management, Sales, and Clients.
  • Communicate campaign reporting and updates via Zoom or in-person meetings with sales and clients weekly or on a case-by-case basis.
  • Assist with preparation and participate in Campaign Review discussions with Account Management, Sales, and the client.
  • Provide sales team with impression forecasts, data segments, and campaign strategy as needed.
  • Engage in professional development through various digital certifications (e.g., Trading Certification, IAB, etc.).
  • Stay informed on CTV and digital advertising industry innovations through digital advertising publications & sources.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • MUST have 1+ year of knowledge and experience as a Media Trader/Buyer.
  • Trade Desk certification & experience required.
  • Other DSP experience is a plus.
  • Experience working directly with CTV/OTT products preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • A systematic approach to work.
  • Google certification or other digital certifications are encouraged.

The target base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000/year based on experience plus profit-sharing bonus potential.

What you'll be doing as a Digital Sales Director:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated outside sales success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital advertising or media industry. Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable.
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through diligent prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of an ad agency or organization.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CTV industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital advertising space.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

The target annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 based on experience, plus commission.
